CPT How to bill synagis of 105mg in 3 divided doses

The provider I bill claims for gave me a claim in which she stated that the synagis vaccine was 105mg and was in 3 divided doses. What does this mean exactly or how would I code this? Would I code 90378 x 2 units or the synagis administration 96372 x 2 units?

I would greatly appreciate it.
